I am devoted to embodying my divine essence, and to reflect that in each being I encounter.
For that purpose I created AÏM.

The Art of Listening is the central initiation of the AÏM ecosystem.
It is the umbrella under which every proposed practice belongs.
Different practices cultivate different forms of listening.
Listen to the body. Start with a clear vessel: breathe, tune and embody inner coherence & harmony. Practices spanning breath work, martial arts & pranic sciences are proposed as daily tools of mental, emotional & energetic hygiene leading to embodied, holistic health & freedom.
Listen through the voice. Your voice reveals your unique essence: Your DNA is encoded in your sound. Authenticity often requires deconditionning from learned patterns. Vocal mastery is about heart, body & mind coherence. It all starts with listening, leads to Relation, and harmony.
Listen to the larger cycles that shape our lives. Our bodies are designed to work with the earth's cycles. Our unique timing & purpose are weaved in the cosmic fabric. With astrology & human design, we contemplate patterns that shape our relationship to self and find our place in the world.
Discernment starts with silence. The uniquely human gift of free will requires conscious focus of our attention on inner truth. Breath, contemplation, meditation & prayer are foundational practices to claim sovereignty and refine our perception of the harmony inherent to all things. Aligned action ensues.
Vibration precedes matter. Listening is the premise to creative mastery, because our perception creates our reality. The structure of frequency is revealed by sacred geometry and universal laws. Study groups will be available in seasonal cohorts to explore the interconnection of all liberal arts, in the millenary old lineage of multi-hyphenate artists, alchemists and cosmologists.
Symbolism is the language of arts & sciences, letting us grasp the vastness of universes & innate harmony of existence. Art, dream work, tarot, astrology, sacred geometry and numerology are practices that support a multi-dimensional approach and sensory experience of paradoxical truths.
Medicinal sounds will be available for licensing to holistic health practitioners, facilitators, DJ's & podcasters. From binaural beats and sacred instruments to mantras and rhythm based compositions, with targeted energetic functions.
